1910 Sausage Company's name is so very fitting for the business, owners Robert & Jan Kottke not only decorated the interior to reflect 1910 Appleton, but they also cook and serve their sausages, hot dogs and specialties just like they were from that 
era in Appleton's history. Sit in front of the church, or walk into the 'library' in the back of the store and read as you enjoy your meal. Walk down the cobblestone path as you make your way around 1910 Sausage Company.
